STEPS FOR PALO ALTO NETWORKS® ACCOUNT TEAM REP TO ORDER

STEP 1 - E-Gift Card - Ordering

Palo Alto Networks® Account Team Reps: You have 2 options when purchasing E-Gift Cards:

A. Send the E-Gift Card to yourself (after purchasing it) then email it* to Client/Recipient.

or

B. Send the E-Gift Card directly* to Client/Recipient (when purchasing it) from our platform.

* IN BOTH CASES ABOVE, YOU NEED TO INCLUDE THE PASSWORD: PANW2026 SO CLIENT/RECIPIENT CAN ACCESS THE SITE TO REDEEM THEIR E-GIFT CARD.

STEP 2 - E-Gift Card - Redemption by Recipient

1) Client/Recipient redeems E-Gift Card by visiting E-Gift Card link and entering Password: PANW2026

(note: a new Password is provided to Account Team Reps for each shirt release).

2) To Order, Client/Recipient inputs their Ship To Address after selecting Golf Shirt Type, Color and Size or selecting YETI® Insulated Tote.

3) Orders are received by Recipient usually in 4-6 Weeks..

(All Orders are shipped FedEx® or UPS® and Palo Alto Networks® Account Team Reps will receive the Shipping/Tracking Number for each Client/Recipient which they can pass along to Client/Rep).

Note: In the event Recipient has not redeemed their E-Gift Card within 30 Days (from Account Team Rep purchasing the E-Gift Card), Account Team Rep will receive a Reminder Notification (so they can follow up with Recipient) - another Reminder Notification will be sent at 60 Days. These 30-Day and 60-Day Notifications/E-Gift Card Redemption Reminders can also serve as additional courtesy-based touchpoints with Clients/Recipients - all Gift Cards expire 90-Days after purchase.
